Tim Dowd
President & CEO
Tim Dowd brings to Current Analysis more than 25 years of experience leading growth-oriented information and technology enabled services organizations. As President and CEO he is responsible for managing, maintaining, directing and developing the strategies for all day-to-day operations of the company. He is responsible for translating Current Analysis’ long term vision into successful execution and achievement of objectives.
Tim previously served as President and CEO of INPUT, where he oversaw a $30 million authority on government businesses providing comprehensive procurement and market information, consulting, sales management tools, and educational and networking events to federal, state, and local government businesses. Prior to his senior posts at INPUT, Dowd was the President of USIS (now Altegrity) Commercial Services Division (CSD). Working directly with the CEO, he directed all business operations, including M&A activities, for the $200 million business unit.
Tim began his career in 1986 with General Electric Company as one of only 35 new hires accepted annually into the GE Information Services Management Program (ISMP). During his 16-year tenure with GE, Dowd rapidly progressed through several leadership roles in GE's Global Exchange Services (GXS) group and later in GE Capital, serving as Executive Vice President and Officer of Calling Card Services and Executive Vice President and Officer of Sales and Marketing.
Tim holds a Bachelor in Assumption College and a Masters in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

David Baltaxe
Vice President, Research Operations
As Vice President, Research Operations, David’s responsibilities include new product definition and marketing, research methodologies, and program operations.
An original member of Current Analysis’ analyst team, David led the Internet Commerce research module until 2000. Upon rejoining Current Analysis, David established the company’s Customer Intelligence unit, which addresses client-specific issues with primary research and quantitative analysis.
Prior to rejoining Current Analysis, David was president of Coordinal, a business and technology services company focused on infrastructure technologies. He also oversaw the IT Vendor Multiclient Study Practice at META Group, and has held leadership positions at two managed service providers, where he led competitive intelligence activities and developed new market penetration strategies.
David has appeared frequently in mainstream and industry media, including the New York Times, Washington Business Journal, Computerworld and CNET News.com. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Computer-mediated Communications from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York, Binghamton.

Haidee Calore
Vice President, Marketing & Product Management
Haidee serves as Vice President for Marketing & Product Management at Current Analysis. She brings to the position more than 15 years of experience in marketing, product management and sales of syndicated content, managed application services and Internet software solutions. She is responsible for expanding the company’s brand and demand for its portfolio of services, as well as ensuring the delivery of new and innovative solutions.
Haidee was most recently Senior Vice President of Marketing and Development for Klaggle, a collective commerce start-up serving the online retail community. Previously, she served in an executive leadership capacity at BIA/Kelsey, Inc., a leading research and advisory services firm in the media industry, heading up their business information and competitive intelligence practice which offered subscription-based syndicated data and analytical software services, publications and custom research.
Haidee has served as an entrepreneurial executive and leader throughout her career, responsible for impacting more than $230M in revenue. A turnaround specialist, Haidee has successfully built top performing marketing, product and sales organizations, delivering increased market share and multi-million dollar growth for companies to include BIA/Kelsey, Inc., YellowBrix, Inc. and NAB. Haidee received her B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Jeremiah (Jerry) Caron
Vice President, Analysis
Jerry brings more than 20 years of experience to Current Analysis as a market watcher and influential voice in the telecom and information technology industries. As Vice President, Analysis, he is responsible for overall management and content direction for the company’s CurrentCompete services.
Jerry was previously Current Analysis Research Director, IT Infrastructure, and originally joined the company in 2002 to provide coverage of the European enterprise telephony market. Before joining Current Analysis, Jerry was Publisher of CMP Media's tele.com, a business magazine for telecom and Internet service provider executives. As Publisher, he managed overall operations, including editorial, circulation, research, sales and marketing, during a period when the magazine significantly increased marketshare.
Before joining tele.com, Jerry was Editor-in-Chief of CMP Media's LAN Times magazine, a bi-weekly publication focused on enterprise networking and client-server computing strategies. In that position, he was responsible for overall management of the magazine’s content, which included news, feature and product testing departments.
Jerry began his career at the analyst firm Faulkner Information Services, where he directed the analysis of the PC, networking and telecoms industries. He has been a featured speaker at major industry events, including Interop and Supercomm, as well as numerous, specialised events and seminars. Jerry graduated with a B.A. from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

J. Lawrence (Larry) Griffin, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Larry Griffin is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of private industry experience, a public accounting background, and has specific experience in Web platform delivery enterprises.
He comes to Current Analysis directly from a successful online subscription-based business, Intranets.com, where he served as both CFO and COO. Intranets.com provides hosted intranet sites for small businesses on the Web. During his nine years at Intranets.com, the company converted its business from a free internet advertising supported business to an online subscription service and he was instrumental in building Intranets.com from negligible advertising revenue to annual recurring subscription revenue of $15 million when it was acquired in 2005 by Webex Communications. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, he launched and managed the Japanese and German versions of the intranet service which included management responsibility for the company’s Japanese joint venture.
Prior to Intranets.com, Larry was CFO from 1988 through 1997 at Interactive Video Systems, a manufacturer of semiconductor testing equipment that was acquired in 1997 by Schlumberger Test Systems. He also served as CFO of Accutest Corporation, a venture-backed device test equipment manufacturer, Computer Controls Corporation, a building automation company, and was an audit manager at Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in Boston. He holds a B.S. from Boston College, an MBA from Babson College and is a CPA.

William Ho
Vice President, Consumer Group
Bill serves as Vice President for the Consumer Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall management of the company’s consumer coverage – services and devices. This coverage include qualitative analysis (Wireless Services, Mobile Devices and Digital Home) as well as quantitative price tracking services for both wireless and wireline service offerings (voice, content tracking, device pricing and bundled pricing offers).
With over twenty years of telecom experience, Bill has held positions in marketing, network planning, product management, product development, engineering and project management positions within a number of carriers, including Verizon. Before joining Current Analysis, Bill supported the development and implementation of various Department of Homeland Security telecommunications initiatives at Communication Technologies. There he worked on Wireless Priority Service and Emergency Notification Service to benefit the National Security/Emergency Preparedness community.
Mr. Ho received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and his M.S. in Engineering Management from Tufts University.

Robert Norberg
Vice President, Product Development & IT
Bob Norberg brings more than 15 years of product management and product marketing experience to Current Analysis. As Vice President, Product Development, Bob is responsible for the product management and development of Current Analysis’s platform, CurrentCOMPETE.
Bob comes to Current Analysis from Consul Risk Management, a privately held security software company based in the Netherlands. Bob was the Director of Worldwide Product Marketing where he was responsible for the overall product marketing activity for Consul’s core product lines for both the mainframe and open system environments.
Prior to Consul, Bob spent eight years at Visual Networks, a publicly traded telecommunications company. At Visual, he was the Director of Product Management/Product Marketing, responsible for all product management, product marketing, and “Go to Market” activity for Visual’s core products and its partnership and joint development with Cisco Systems.
Bob has also held product management and product marketing positions at Acterna (TTC), Cable and Wireless, and Verizon (NYNEX).
During his career, Bob has presented frequently at industry conferences and tradeshows and investment conferences and is the author of several articles in industry related trade magazines. Bob is the holder of US Patent number 5,867,483: “Method and Apparatus for Measurement of Peak Throughput in Packetized Data Networks”. He has a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a MBA from Duke University.

Jack Zimmerman
Senior Vice President, Global Sales
As Senior Vice President for Global Sales, Jack is responsible for leading the company's sales efforts around the world. Jack is based in Paris, France. Previously, Jack served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of European operations.
Prior to Current Analysis, Jack served as President, Europe for Harte-Hanks
Market Intelligence since April 1999. He was responsible for all aspects of the business, notably, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, operations, IT, and logistics. Jack began his career in the business intelligence industry with Harte-Hanks Market Intelligence (formerly Computer Intelligence and ZD Market Intelligence, part of Ziff-Davis) in Boston in late 1987 as Account Executive. In 1990, he was promoted to Eastern Area Sales Manager. In January 1993, Jack moved to Paris and assumed new responsibility as Director of Business Development in Europe. In early 1996, he was promoted to Director of European Sales.
Jack started his business career in 1984 in Dayton, Ohio with Digital Controls, a data communication and peripheral-switching provider. He also played four years of international professional basketball before starting his business career.
Jack received a BS degree in Marketing in 1980 from the University of Dayton (Dayton, Ohio).
