AT&T’s developer summit provided the carrier with the opportunity to showcase its aggressive focus on LTE with the announcement of a wide range of new devices. This included a whopping six new LTE Android devices along with two new Windows Phone LTE variants.
In addition, the carrier also announced its intention to sell the Sony Vita portable gaming console. Although exact availability and pricing was not available for all devices, AT&T made clear that all models would be available relatively quickly. Beyond the devices, AT&T reiterated that it is looking to support application developers aggressively with development tools, support and a focus on HTML5.
