Q4 2007 Worldwide Network Security Market Shares
Sales up 14% as Enterprises Integrate Network Security Functions

RENO, NV and STERLING, VA – February 13, 2008 – Synergy Research Group and Current Analysis today announced the availability of the Synergy Q4 2007 Worldwide Network Security Market Share report. Quarter to quarter sales were up 4% to $1.45 billion. Total 2007 network security sales were up 14% to $5.45 billion.

"Sales of all hybrid network security categories grew by double-digits year to year, with the exception of the software category," says Aaron Vance, Senior Analyst at Synergy Research Group.
